Can I use any EPUB book?
Reflowable EPUB 2 and EPUB 3 books are supported. Fixed-layout and encrypted EPUB books are not; use a reflowable, unencrypted copy.
Will the PDF use the same page numbers as my ebook reader?
Usually not. EPUB text reflows into A4 pages, so page breaks depend on the book’s content and styles. Embedded images, styles and fonts are used when the book provides readable versions of them.
Can I still resize or search the book text afterwards?
The downloaded PDF contains images of the laid-out pages, so it no longer reflows and its text is not selectable. Keep the original EPUB for reading, searching and changing text size.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Standard and bulk scanning process source documents in your browser without sending those files to a processing server. HTML files may load linked online resources such as images or fonts while they are rendered.
Is it free, and is there a limit?
Standard scanning is free and needs no signup. Free scans have a fixed daily limit; Pro lifts it and also unlocks bulk scanning, an ad-free workspace and API access.
