Which saved email files can I use?
Standard .eml files, Apple Mail .emlx files and Outlook desktop .msg files are supported. Save or download the individual message from your mail app, then select that file here.
Are images and attachments included?
Images embedded in the message are drawn with its text. Other attachments are listed by name and size but are not converted. Remote images, tracking pixels and remote fonts are not requested.
Can I still search, follow links or forward the message afterwards?
The downloaded PDF contains images of the rendered email pages, so its text and links are not interactive. Keep the original EML, EMLX or MSG file when you need the message data.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Standard and bulk scanning process source documents in your browser without sending those files to a processing server. HTML files may load linked online resources such as images or fonts while they are rendered.
Is it free, and is there a limit?
Standard scanning is free and needs no signup. Free scans have a fixed daily limit; Pro lifts it and also unlocks bulk scanning, an ad-free workspace and API access.
